Refund and General Policy: All sales are final. As event tickets are one-of-a-kind items and irreplaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. In case an event is postponed, your tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date, as in baseball rain outs, therefore new tickets are not issued by the venue. If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, you (“Purchaser”) will need to contact us (“ArtAndSports.com”) for a refund. ArtAndSports.com may then require the Buyer to return the previously shipped tickets at Buyer’s expense prior to issuing any refund Buyer may be entitled to by virtue of cancellation. Nevertheless, any shipping and handling charges are not refundable. ArtAndSports.com will NOT issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. When Buyer receives tickets, Buyer should keep them in a safe place. Please be aware that direct sunlight and/or heat may damage tickets or the bar codes on them which are required for entry.
Processing Orders. Most orders are processed the same business day in which they are received. Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the next business day. For certain events, tickets may not be available for immediate shipment. Generally speaking, and depending on the type of tickets purchased, they are shipped one month prior to the commencement of the new season, or one month prior to the game date. Otherwise a representative ArtAndSports.com will contact Buyer with notification of the approximate shipping date. In any event, tickets will be shipped as soon as available. All shipments will require a signature at the point of delivery. Customers outside of the United States must choose an International Delivery option.
Pricing. The pricing of tickets sold through our site are from secondary ticket market sellers and are being resold, in many cases, above the price or "face value" listed on the ticket. ArtAndSports.com is not directly affiliated with any performer, sports team, or venue and we do not act as a primary ticket sales box office. Despite ArtAndSports.com’s best efforts, a small number of the items listed on the ArtAndSports.com site may be mispriced. In the very rare event, that ArtAndSports.com discovers an item's correct price is higher than the stated price, we shall, at our discretion, either contact Buyer for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices stated on the Site do not include any state or other local taxes that may apply to Buyer's order. All prices are in United States Dollars (“USD)” unless otherwise specifically stated.
On rare occasions tickets ordered may no longer be available at the price or in the quantity originally ordered at the time the order was received. If equivalent or better seat locations are available at the same price, Buyer will then be contacted ascertain if the alternative seat locations will be acceptable. To protect Buyers from fraud, a Buyer may be required to provide additional proof of identify on any order which may include, but is not limited to, a signed credit card authorization and/or photocopies of notarized public documents such as a state driver's license or federal passport. All orders are shipped via Buyer's chosen shipping method to the billing address of Buyer's credit card (no exceptions).
Credit Card Charges. Your statement will show a charge from either “Ron’s Art” or “ArtAndSports.com”. If you have any questions about charges on your credit card statement feel free to contact us at tickets@artandsports.com. .
Permitted Use. Buyer agrees that Buyer is only authorized to visit, view and retain a copy of page(s) of this ArtAndSports.com site for Buyer's own personal use, and that Buyer shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this web site for any purpose other than to review event and promotional information, for personal use, or to purchase tickets or merchandise for Buyer's personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by ArtAndSports.com to do so.
